Enrolment Agreement

Please read the Enrolment Agreement below. You must check the box at the bottom to indicate your agreement before continuing.
You must confirm your acceptance of the Agreement before we can process this enrolment.
1. "ENROLEE" and "ENROLMENT" Defined: The term "ENROLEE" as used in this agreement refers to the registrant's name on this website. "ENROLMENT" as used in this agreement means date of receipt of payment by QLTS Advantage.
2. TUITION / FEES: (All charges in US dollars; no VAT charged)
OSCE+ Course $2,500 (~£)
3. CONDITIONS OF USE: Access to the QLTS Advantage program and all materials is non-transferable and limited to the sole use by ENROLEE. QLTS Advantage reserves the right to suspend the account, without notice, if evidence of multiple users are detected accessing the ENROLEE'S account.
4. CANCELLATION OF ENROLMENT: No cancellation will be accepted after 24 hours from the date of receipt by QLTS Advantage of ENROLEE's payment.
5. REFUND POLICY: ENROLEE may cancel ENROLMENT and receive a refund less a cancellation fee of $250 within 24 hours of ENROLMENT.
6. QLTS GUARANTEE: If ENROLEE's first attempt to pass the OSCE 1 and/or the OSCE 2 is unsuccessful, and written confirmation of same is provided to QLTS Advantage, QLTS Advantage will send ENROLEE new access to the course and any updated materials.
7. COPYRIGHT: You acknowledge that QLTS Advantage and City, University of London own all rights, title and interest in and to all audio, video, and written course materials. All of which are protected by copyright laws and shall not be shared, copied, recorded or reproduced by any means for any purpose.
8. ASSIGNMENT: You may not assign this contract or any of your rights hereunder.
9. DEFAULT: If you default on any part or all of your obligations, you are liable for all reasonable costs.
The undersigned Enrollee agrees and acknowledges the following terms.
